Dezratech ("we," "us," "our") provides AI phone receptionist software. The phone number +1 (866) 588-6135 is operated directly by Dezratech as a demonstration line for prospective clients. This policy explains how Dezratech collects, uses, and protects information from callers to that number.
When someone calls our demonstration line, we collect the phone number the call originates from, the caller's spoken responses given during the demo (such as name and a sample requested time), and the resulting sample appointment details.
Information collected during a demo call is used solely to demonstrate the scheduling flow and send a one-time SMS confirmation of the sample appointment. We do not sell caller information, and we do not use it for marketing or advertising purposes.
This phone number is operated by Dezratech as a live demo line. Callers who verbally consent during a demo call receive one SMS message directly from Dezratech confirming the sample appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.
Information collected on the demonstration line is used only by Dezratech to run the demonstration. It is not sold or shared with third parties.
Demo call and sample appointment data is retained only as long as necessary to run the demonstration and for Dezratech's ordinary recordkeeping.
