Dezratech ("we," "us," "our") provides an AI phone receptionist service to home service contractor businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who it is shared with.
Business name and address, the name and contact details of the person authorized to sign the agreement, a business phone number for SMS alerts, business hours, service area, pricing guidance, and scheduling system or calendar access needed to configure the service.
When a caller reaches a business line answered by Dezratech, we collect the originating phone number, the caller's spoken responses during the call (such as name, address, and the nature of the job), and the resulting appointment details.
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site. If you email us, we retain your message and email address in order to reply.
Caller information is used to answer the call, check availability, book the appointment into the client's scheduling system, and confirm the details verbally to the caller before the call ends. Client information is used to configure and operate the service, to send the SMS alerts described below, and for billing.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use caller or client information for marketing or advertising, and we do not share it with data brokers.
Dezratech sends SMS text messages only to its own contracted business clients, at the business phone number the client provides on a standalone SMS Consent Form. Consent is given in writing on that form, which is independent of and not conditioned on the Client Service Agreement or any other agreement — see our SMS Opt-In Policy for the full text.
These alerts notify the client that an inbound caller needs their direct, personal attention, such as a reported safety emergency or a pricing question the AI is not authorized to answer. Message frequency depends on the client's call volume and is not fixed or recurring. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
Dezratech does not send text messages to callers or to the customers of its clients. Appointment details are confirmed verbally, on the call.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Mobile opt-in data and consent records are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We share information only where necessary to run the service: appointment details are written into the scheduling system or calendar our client has given us access to, and we use service providers for telephony, SMS delivery, speech processing, and hosting, each of which handles the data only to perform that function for us. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Call and appointment records are retained only as long as needed to operate the service and for ordinary business recordkeeping, after which they are deleted. Access to systems holding this information is restricted and protected by authentication controls.
Clients may opt out of SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP or emailing us. Callers, clients, and site visitors may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about them by contacting us at the address below.
The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above will reflect any change.
