Dezratech collects alert consent in writing, using a standalone SMS Consent Form — a document dedicated solely to SMS consent, separate from and not dependent on the Client Service Agreement or any other agreement. There is no online sign-up form on this website. The form and mockup shown below document that written consent mechanism for reference.
Who receives Dezratech's text messages: only Dezratech's own contracted business clients, at the business phone number they provide on the SMS Consent Form. Dezratech does not send text messages to the general public, and does not send text messages to the customers of its clients.
Consent is collected in writing, on a standalone SMS Consent Form presented and signed separately from the Client Service Agreement. This form exists solely to obtain SMS consent — it is not a clause inside a broader contract, and signing it is not a condition of, and does not depend on, signing the Client Service Agreement or any other agreement. A client is enrolled for SMS alerts only when this standalone form is signed, whether or not they have separately signed a Client Service Agreement.
There is no other opt-in path. A phone number is never added to Dezratech's alert list from a phone call, a web form, a purchased list, or any third party.
By signing below, Client agrees that Dezratech may send SMS text messages to the business phone number provided on this form, for the sole purpose of alerting Client when an inbound caller's request requires Client's direct, personal attention (including but not limited to a reported safety emergency or a pricing inquiry that Dezratech's AI receptionist is not authorized to answer).
Message frequency depends on Client's call volume and is not fixed or recurring. Message and data rates may apply. Client may reply STOP at any time to opt out of these alerts, or HELP for assistance. These messages are sent only to Client and never to Client's own customers. This consent is standalone: it is not part of, and does not depend on, any other agreement between Client and Dezratech. It is governed further by Dezratech's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at dezratech.com.

An alert is sent only when Dezratech's AI receptionist determines that an inbound call needs the client's direct, personal attention. In practice that means:

Message frequency depends on the client's call volume and is not fixed or recurring. There is no scheduled or campaign messaging. No marketing, promotional, or advertising messages are sent under this consent.
